Working with film producers at the EAVE workshops for the past 8 years enabled me to develop short yoga sessions with special focus on releasing the tension in the shoulders, back and neck.
A sequence of simple asanas that are suitable for practicing in the office help to release the stress and give a boost of energy for the rest of the day.
