
Business YOGA
Working with film producers at the EAVE workshops has helped me to develop short yoga sessions with special focus on releasing tension in the shoulders, back and neck.
A sequence of simple asanas that are suitable for practising in the office can help to relieve stress and give a boost of energy for the rest of the day.
Length of office yoga sessions:
30 min – 45 min
